President’s Message

Welcome to the Junior League of San Antonio!

As we enter our 103rd year of service, our guiding light is simple yet powerful: SHINE. The women of the Junior League of San Antonio are dedicated to illuminating our community in bigger, brighter ways, continuing our legacy as a radiant force for good. I am profoundly honored to serve a group of incredible, multi-talented women as we focus on continuing to develop the potential of women while serving our community.

One of my favorite quotes is by the American poet Amanda Gorman:

“There is always light. If only we’re brave enough to see it. If only we’re brave enough to be it.”

This year, I invite every member, partner, and supporter of JLSA to be brave enough to be the light. Being the light means showing up for our community when they need us most. It means sharing our mission, lifting others up, supporting one another, and going above and beyond to make an impact. Ultimately, being the light means being a difference-maker. Our collective goal for Year 103 is simply to leave our community a little brighter than we found it.

With this vision in mind, Year 103 will be a remarkable season of innovation and celebration. We are proudly celebrating the 30th anniversary of Holiday Olé Market: A Holiday Train Down Memory Lane. We are also strengthening our community partnerships to deepen our local impact and launching our Sustainer Signature Project to ensure our invaluable Sustainers have a dedicated avenue for connection and service. Furthermore, Board 103 is eager to pilot a new fundraiser, expand our special events, and continue equipping our members with transferable professional skills that further empower them as leaders.

To keep this light burning bright, we are actively launching creative ways to grow our membership. Whether you are a woman looking to develop your leadership potential, a community partner, or a dedicated donor—there is a place for you here. Don’t just watch us change our city. Come be the light with us, join our movement, and let’s make history together in Year 103.

With gratitude and excitement,

Crystal Fuller President, Year 103 The Junior League of San Antonio
