As one of hundreds of Junior League chapters across the

world, we are a member of the Association of Junior Leagues International, Inc. (AJLI). Established in 1924, the Junior League of San Antonio plays an integral part in the development, improvement, and support of the communities of San Antonio.

Our Local Impact

Right now, our focus lies in 9 areas of interest that have been adopted because a recognized need has been identified in our community through the research and development of community placements. These areas of interest are Abuse, Aging, Arts, Children, Education, Environment, Family Preservation, Voluntarism and Women. This is an ongoing pursuit to address these nine areas areas of interest in our community.
