Apply for the 2026 Holiday Olé Market

Holiday Olé Market is a juried show of merchants from across the country. Space in each category is limited to ensure a variety of merchandise and to allow merchants to maximize their full sales potential.

Selection Criteria: Merchants are selected based on the quality of merchandise, uniqueness of merchandise, and booth decoration/display. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the show.

Please complete the online application as soon as possible. Timeliness of receipt may be a factor in some selection decisions as well as booth placements.

Important Guidelines

Applications & Fees

  • The application fee is nonrefundable.
  • Photos of your booth setup and merchandise are required for consideration.
  • Applications received after the deadline will be placed on the waitlist.
  • Merchants affiliated with a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) Corporation will not be approved.

Booth Logistics

  • Booth sizes and locations are limited. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee them.
  • A single vendor may not apply and then invite other vendors to share booth space.
  • Additional fees may apply for electricity, extra tables/chairs, WiFi, etc.
  • Merchants selling food must hold a City of San Antonio temporary food permit (fee included in final booth payment).

Acceptance & Compliance

  • If accepted, you must meet all emailed deadlines to keep your placement in good standing.
  • Booth assignments are only made after receiving a signed contract, logistics form, and full payment.
  • Merchants missing a logistics form, certificate of insurance, or full payment will not be allowed to attend the show.
