2026 Fiesta – King William Fair Parade

Fiesta King William Fair

The Junior League of San Antonio (JLSA) is delighted to celebrate the King William Fair and our ongoing mission to develop women leaders and improve our city through our parade entry, “Serving San Antonio Since 1924: 102 Years of Sweetness.”

Since 1924, JLSA has been deeply rooted in the King William community, not just through service, but through the literal sharing of food and heritage. From the historic Bright Shawl Tearoom—a longstanding restaurant which was actually housed in the former C.E.R. King family home—to our celebrated contributions to Texas culinary history through cookbooks, JLSA has long understood that the kitchen is the heart of the home and the community.

To celebrate The Great Fiesta Bake Off with you, we are sharing two of our beloved recipes from our Centennial Flavors cookbook below!
