Kelley Frost

Businesswoman, Counselor and Civic Leader, Dr. Kelley Frost engages in community activism for mental health issues, advocates for accessibility in education, and supports causes empowering women. She currently owns two businesses: Frosted Home, an interior design business, and maintains a private practice in counseling. She serves as president of Rotary Club of San Antonio and on the board of the Ecumenical Center, the Mays Cancer Center at UT Health, the UT San Antonio Development Board and as Trustee Emeritus at St. Mary’s University. Kelley attributes her early days in the Junior League as the roots of her fundraising support that includes chairing events for the American Cancer Society, the South Texas Blood & Tissue Center, the American Heart
Association, the Mays Cancer Center at UT Health, and the San Antonio Children’s Museum. She is a member of the Battle of Flowers Association and the Charity Ball Association, in addition to other past community board roles.
A believer in lifelong learning, Kelley Frost holds four degrees including a Bachelor of Science, University of Kansas; Master of Business Administration, University of Texas San Antonio; and a Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy, St. Mary’s University. She has been honored for her community involvement through induction in the San Antonio Women’s Hall of Fame; Strong, Smart Bold Award by Girls Inc.; Clarity Child Guidance Center Mental Health Advocate of the Year; Cancer Center Council Volunteer of the Year; United Way Volunteer of the Year; and San Antonio Business Journal Most Powerful Women in Business Award, Healthcare Hero Award and Forty Under Forty. She cites her biggest accomplishment as her family – married to Pat, children Patrick
(m. Alona), Katie (m. Brady), and the apple of her eye, grandson Finley.
